And the winner of the first ever Fellowship of Fantasy Short Story Contest is
🥁 [[DRUMROLL]] 🥁
KJ Borman and her short “Neptune and the Mushroom.”
About KJ:
I am a missionary kid from Guatemala and became interested in writing in 5th grade when some of my writing assignments included writing stories. I currently live in the US and occasionally go on adventures with my brothers. While my undergrad degree provided training for cross-cultural work, whether as a missionary or working with a secular non-profit, I am still waiting to see where I will end up. In the meantime, I am working on getting back to writing for fun now that I don’t have to write anything for school. I do not have anything published yet but hope that maybe someday I will finish one of my 20 or so WIPs. I like to write fairy tale retellings, but also have a few original fiction pieces in the works, as well as some poetry.
