Amiah journeys with Nataniel and Bree to the Lidran Nest to visit Ti of the Lily. She is excited to stay with the lidra and learn about how they live, as well as admire the beauty of their community within the magnificent tangle of vine laden wilderness.
As nasty rumors get blown out of proportion, stirring up a pot full of violence, their old nemesis, Yakyak, is added to the recipe for disaster. Fighting against the evil parrot is bad enough, but difficulties are exponentially multiplied by fear, spreading a terrible infection of unreasonable hate.
